Cocoa Butter

Premium Ghanaian cocoa butter delivering exceptional melt, texture, gloss, and versatility across chocolate, confectionery, personal care, and specialty applications.

Product Overview

Cocoa butter is obtained by pressing natural cocoa liquor, typically using hydraulic or mechanical pressure, to separate the cocoa fat from the remaining cocoa solids, known as cocoa cake. Natural cocoa butter retains the characteristic aroma and flavor of cocoa and is naturally rich in saturated fatty acids, particularly stearic and palmitic acids.

As a key ingredient in chocolate manufacturing, cocoa butter contributes to the smooth texture, glossy appearance, characteristic snap, and clean melting properties associated with high-quality chocolate.

QUASTRA’s Cocoa Butter is a natural cocoa fat derived from Ghanaian cocoa beans, valued for its distinctive melting profile and functional performance across a wide range of applications. As a single-origin product, it provides manufacturers with a reliable cocoa ingredient for applications where consistent quality, sensory performance, and origin integrity are important.
